Svalbard Research Office (Svalbard Forskningskontor – SFK) is a new entity run by the Research Council of Norway and the Norwegian Polar Institute. It will provide guidance and advice for those wanting to conduct research in Svalbard, coordinate research activity and sharing of infrastructure and data, and implement the Strategy for research and higher education in Svalbard.
