Ny-Ålesund Atmosphere Flagship workshop

The workshop offers an ideal opportunity to meet in person with fellow researchers working on atmospheric science topics related to Ny-Ålesund. After several years, we aim to reassess the structure of the Atmosphere Flagship working groups and outline new collaborative activities for the future. While scientific presentations are anticipated at the SSC, the Flagship workshop will focus on discussing shared topics and facilitating general exchange among Flagship members.

The Atmosphere Flagship will arrange a flagship meeting Monday 27nd October 09:00-17:00 followed by a dinner at Quality Hotel Expo.

The flagship meeting is open to all scientists and students interested in atmosphere science in Svalbard and beyond.

The workshop is funded by Research Council of Norway.

Participation to the workshop is free of charge. The flagship is also able to offer limited travel funding for participants (application until 15 July required).
