The Atmosphere Research Flagship Programme is hosting an online seminar on precipitation on Thursday, June 6th at 09:00 CEST.

Three short presentations will provide a snapshot of some ongoing measurements and research in the field of precipitation, followed by joint discussion:

  • Tomasz Wawrzyniak (IGF-PAN, Poland) “Precipitation measurements at Hornsund”
  • Ilaria Baneschi (IGG-CNR, Italy) “Isotopic composition of precipitation at Ny-Alesund”
  • Athulya Radhakrishnan (NCPOR, India) “Precipitation in Ny Alesund – Temperature dependence and synoptic conditions”
