Online Seminar exploring atmospheric models

The Atmosphere Research Flagship Programme is hosting an online seminar about atmospheric models on Thursday 20th of June at 09:00 CEST.

There will be 2 short presentations and the possibility to discuss how models may serve as a connecting element in the joint analysis of various atmospheric measurements in Ny-Alesund.

• Teresa Maaria Remes (MET.NO, Norway) “Numerical weather prediction datasets for Svalbard at MET Norway: AROME-Arctic forecasts, hectometric development, and CARRA reanalysis”
• Vera Schemann (Univ.Cologne, Germany) “Studying clouds with semi-operational ICON-LEM (600m) simulations at Ny-Aalesund”
