Upgrades on MS Teisten

Kings Bay’s vessel Teisten has undergone some major upgrades at the end of 2021 and early in 2022:

• The engine is replaced with a brand new Yanmar
• The dashboard, depth gauge, and sonar are replaced
• Everything electrical is replaced

In addition, a job has been done on upgrading the fenders, the fire extinguishing equipment, and the certification of the vessel. Plus a lot of other small upgrades and repairs.

With the upgrades, we are confident that the operations reliability will be stellar in the coming years, and we hope many projects would like to use Teisten in the future.
