Feedback Form

Feedback from users is important in the continued development of services offered by The Norwegian Polar Institute, by Kings Bay AS and by institutions with activity in Ny-Ålesund. We therefore encourage researchers to share their thoughts on what works, and where we need to improve our information and services.

The completed feedback form will be sent to NPI in Ny-Ålesund, who will then coordinate follow-up locally with the other actors in Ny-Ålesund. (As an example, feedback related to the operation of common infrastructure will require involvement from relevant departments at Kings Bay AS.)

You can choose whether to include your name and email address in the feedback form, or submit your input anonymously. (If you provide contact information, we will get back to you with an update on how your feedback has been processed.)

  • What were you particularly satisfied with during your stay in Ny-Ålesund Research Station?
  • Where do you see room for improvements?
